Our approach
We would like to tell you more about our approach. It consists of several components: a movement test and fall risk analysis, advice on fall prevention, and guidance on sports and physical activity.
Movement test and fall risk analysis
How fit are you? And what is your risk of falling? During the test day, our physiotherapists and sports coaches (in training) will measure your health, strength, flexibility, fall risk and fitness level. Using the advanced SMART-Floor, we can quickly determine if you have an increased risk of falling.

Advice on fall risk and follow-up options
After the tests, you will receive personal advice from our physiotherapists. We will discuss your results and explain what they mean for you. If you agree, we can refer you to programs designed to prevent falls, such as Otago, Vallen Verleden Tijd and In Balans.
advice on sports and exercise
Afterward, you can have a conversation with a sports coach from Breda Actief. They will discuss your exercise habits and provide advice on how to be more active in your neighborhood. With your approval, you may also be referred to a program to help you move more, such as Samen in Beweging, NAC OldStars, or the Fit for Life program.
